Now, Zenith elevates the Defy Skyline watch to a new level of sophistication: the Defy Skyline Tourbillon is crafted for the first time in the radiant rose gold. Its deep brick-red dial, a nod to the historic Zenith watchmaking workshop in Le Locle, complements the iconic red and white brick walls, seamlessly blending the brand's heritage with cutting-edge technology.

The Essence of a Contemporary Classic

A modern descendant of the original Defy line launched in 1969, renowned for its bold style and unwavering quality, the Defy Skyline watch embodies Zenith's vision of an urban watch, blending heritage with innovation. Its angular geometry, strong silhouette, and versatile design have made it a cornerstone of the Zenith collection.

Now, with the launch of a tourbillon edition, the Defy Skyline is presented in full rose gold, rediscovering its sharp facets beneath the precious metal's warm luster. Alternating satin-brushed and polished surfaces accentuate the geometry of the 41mm case, offering a fresh perspective on its architectural design. As with previous Defy Skyline Tourbillon editions, the dial is adorned with a captivating four-pointed star engraving radiating from the tourbillon window at 6 o'clock. For this rose gold interpretation, Zenith offers a deep brick red dial, a chromatic nod to the distinctive red and white brickwork of the manufactory's historic building in Le Locle. Rose gold hands coated with Super-LumiNova ensure legibility while harmonizing with the luxurious hue of the case, while the oscillating weight radiates a warm golden hue, further accentuating the watch's refined character.

At the heart of the Defy Skyline Tourbillon is the El Primero 3630 automatic high-frequency movement. Developed and manufactured entirely in-house, this movement oscillates at a frequency of 5Hz (36,000 vph) and boasts a power reserve of 50 hours. The tourbillon cage weighs a mere 0.25 grams, a testament to Zenith's mastery of miniaturization and precision. The movement's architecture echoes the dial's celestial geometry: a modern 3D laser-engraved Côtes de Genève pattern radiates from the tourbillon in a sunray pattern, drawing the eye. For the first time, the Defy Skyline's oscillating weight is crafted from rose gold. Its skeletonized star-shaped design reveals the movement's modern design.

This exclusive watch is presented on an integrated rose gold H-link bracelet that tapers seamlessly from the case to the folding clasp for a comfortable fit. True to the Defy Skyline collection, versatility is paramount: the watch also comes with a brick-red rubber strap that perfectly complements the deep hue of the dial. Thanks to Zenith's intuitive quick-change system, the two straps can be easily swapped without tools.
